What is the Train The Trainer (TTT) Programme?

The Train the Trainer (TTT) programme by Krissai Management is a 5-day course designed to equip professionals with the competencies to plan, design, deliver, and evaluate training programmes effectively.

Whether you are a new trainer or an experienced professional, the programme provides structured practice in adult learning and training delivery.

Upon successful completion, participants receive the applicable course-completion certificate. Ask our team to confirm the current certificate issuer and wording for your intake. HRD Corp trainer accreditation is a separate process.

HRD Corp claim applications: Eligible employers may apply to use available levy funds, subject to HRD Corp's current rules and approval.

Apply the laws of learning, the ADDIE model, and adult learning principles (Malcolm Knowles) to plan training the right way.

Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

Identify performance gaps, analyse their causes, and determine the Knowledge, Skills & Attitude (KSA) requirements of your learners.

Design Competency-Based Training

Write clear learning objectives and outcomes, map and sequence content, and organise a complete competency-based training manual.

Conduct Competency-Based Training

Deliver training using effective methods, motivate adult learners, apply questioning techniques, and handle disruptive behaviour.

Training Aids & Resources

Prepare effective presentation slides, visual aids, and room/equipment arrangements that support and enhance learning.

Assess Competence

Apply the principles and stages of assessment, conduct written and practical evaluation, and report on learner competency.

If your company pays the HRD Corp levy (formerly HRDF), it may be eligible to apply for training-cost support. Here's the typical application path for the TTT programme:

  1. Step 1: Contact Krissai to confirm your intake date and receive a quotation.
  2. Step 2: Your HR team submits an HRD Corp claim application.
  3. Step 3: Once approved, your staff attends the 5-day TTT programme.
  4. Step 4: Krissai submits attendance and completion records to HRD Corp.
  5. Step 5: HRD Corp processes the claim according to the approved amount and current scheme rules.
