About the Programme
What is the Train the Trainer (TTT) programme?
The Train the Trainer (TTT) programme is a 5-day professional certification course designed to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills and competencies to plan, design, deliver and evaluate training for adult learners. It is conducted by Krissai Management and is officially certified under HRD Corp (Human Resources Development Corporation) Malaysia.
How long is the TTT programme?
The programme runs for 5 consecutive days (Monday to Friday), totalling approximately 40 hours of face-to-face instruction, activities, and assessments.
What language is the programme conducted in?
The programme is primarily conducted in English. Upon request, Bahasa Malaysia can be used for in-house corporate sessions.
What will I be able to do after completing the TTT programme?
Upon completion, you will be able to conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA), write measurable learning objectives using Bloom's Taxonomy, design engaging lesson plans, deliver effective training using adult learning methods, manage difficult participants, design assessments, and evaluate training effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick model.
Is there a maximum number of participants per batch?
Yes. To maintain quality and personalised attention, each public batch is limited to a maximum of 20 participants.
Certification
What certificate will I receive?
Participants who successfully complete the programme will receive an HRD Corp Certified Trainer certificate — a nationally recognised professional qualification in Malaysia issued by Krissai Management on behalf of HRD Corp.
Is the TTT certificate recognised nationally?
Yes. The HRD Corp Certified Trainer certificate is recognised by employers and organisations across Malaysia. It is the standard certification for professional trainers operating in the country.
Are there any prerequisites to enrol?
There are no formal academic prerequisites. The programme is open to anyone who trains, teaches, coaches or presents to others professionally. Basic proficiency in English is recommended for public batches.
What are the assessment requirements?
Participants are assessed through a micro-teaching presentation on Day 5, where each person delivers a 15–20 minute live training session. Feedback is provided by the Master Trainer and fellow participants.
HRD Corp Funding
Is this programme HRD Corp claimable?

Yes. While the core HRD Corp curriculum remains consistent, we can tailor examples, case studies, and exercises to reflect your specific industry context — whether healthcare, banking, manufacturing, or others.
Is the in-house TTT programme also HRD Corp claimable?
Yes. In-house programmes are fully claimable under HRD Corp, provided the company is registered and eligible.
How much does an in-house TTT programme cost?
The cost depends on the number of participants and logistics. Contact us for a customised quotation. In most cases, the per-head cost for in-house programmes is lower than public batches for groups of 5 or more.
